Optional extras include massage, lymphatic massage, wood massage, and personal counselling session. 

 

Group Work activities to enhance mental health include: learning coping strategies for Anxiety/ Depression/low Self-Esteem, Building Resilience, Self- Belief, CBT, Confidence Building, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Relaxation and Self-Care.
